Proper nutrition and a balanced diet can help lead happier and more fulfilling lives.
But the excuse is “I don’t have time for eating healthy”, right? Wrong! Eating healthy doesn’t have to take hours out of your day.

- 12 oz Water or Milk
- 2 scoops Chocolate Flavored Protein
- 2 cupped handfuls Sweet Berries (no pits)
- 1 fistful of Spinach
- 2 thumbs of Walnuts
- 1 TBSP Cacao Nibs
- Ice if using fresh berries
Add fluid of choice, protein, berries, nuts, and cacao nibs to blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Next add spinach to the blender and blend again for 1 minute. Add ice if using fresh fruit, uncooked oats if you need more carbs, and/or yogurt if you want more protein and a smoother consistency. Enjoy!
